A secret bar-restaurant with a disco in the center of Nizhny Novgorod.

Tizer is a multi-format establishment that combines a restaurant with European-style cuisine, a strong cocktail menu, and nightlife events. The inspiration for creating this venue comes from alchemy, the Middle Ages, and hedonism. By combining these concepts, the idea arose to create a secret bar-restaurant in a basement, initially hidden from view by iron gates and office spaces. The menu was developed by Alexei Berzin, the brand chef of the Cook'kareku restaurant chain (Moscow), and Geraldine V. Pozner and A. Rappoport, a neo-bistro, and combines several culinary directions: French, Pan-Asian, Scandinavian, and European cuisine. In addition, the menu features original "twists" on well-known dishes. The culinary concept is closely linked to the neo-bistro format, and we create simple yet sophisticated dishes. The cocktail menu is based on the "alchemical idea" of using various herbs and plants in the preparation of drinks. The menu also includes original variations on classic cocktails. The bartender is Nikita Prots (Berezka Group). Nighttime events, one of the highlights of the venue, are based on the background of the establishment's creator. Monthly events featuring artists from the capital are held within the walls of Tizer, and local artists perform every weekend. The core concept is the combination of exquisite cuisine, signature cocktails, and lively parties, in the tradition of a royal feast.
