A blend of French and Nizhny Novgorod influences: a wine bar featuring rare selections, French dishes prepared with local ingredients, and a Parisian atmosphere in the heart of Nizhny Novgorod.

The concept behind TT Bistro (Bottega Bistro) is to create a chef's workshop where he can prepare dishes he genuinely loves. Dmitry Stepanov, the chef with 25 years of experience, trained in Provence, and France has always been, and remains, his special passion. That's why the menu features exclusively French dishes, which have become the chef's signature, and their recipes have been perfected. TT Bistro is a French bistro, but also a wine bar. The project's sommelier, Alexander Zhdanov, has curated a wine list featuring selections from various corners of the world, from small producers who are genuinely passionate about their craft. The bistro's interior is filled with interesting details that catch the eye, reflecting a special appreciation for gastronomy as an aesthetic category. The focal points are two antique French stoves and vintage tableware from the chef's personal collection – items with history that have been given new life at Bottega Bistro.
