Our origins are in Tuscany. The heart of our approach lies in the very center of Tuscany – at the Tenuta Dodici winery. Our expertise lies in controlling time and temperature. In the center of the room is a unique Grillvet charcoal grill, combined with a hot smoking cabinet. Here, Chef Valery Yegorstev and his team demonstrate absolute mastery over heat and time. Our Dry Aged steaks are a source of particular pride, as we age them in specially designed climate-controlled chambers. This process, which lasts for weeks, naturally concentrates the flavor and creates a unique, tender texture in the meat. DODICI – it's 12.
