The word "izakaya" literally translates from Japanese as "relaxing with wine" and refers to a casual establishment where you can unwind and enjoy a drink, and dishes are typically ordered to share among the group. The "GORACHO. AZIYA" concept embodies the idea of the unity of four elements – water, fire, earth, and air – creating a lounge-like atmosphere conducive to relaxed conversation, which is further enhanced by a unique cocktail menu and premium tea selections.
