This summer, a new restaurant inspired by the concept of breakfast opened in the center of Nizhny Novgorod. "Ministry of Breakfast" is a joint project of two Nizhny Novgorod restaurateurs, Sergey Ukhanov (Salut&Co) and Maxim Mersianov (Berezka Group). The experience of two strong companies and the desire to develop a culture of gastronomy in their hometown helped create a new and unique project, full of meaning. The "Ministry of Breakfast" is a portal to another world, an atmospheric establishment with an unexpected concept. It combines the seemingly incompatible, playing on contrasts. From opening until evening, guests can start their day with hot coffee and signature pastries, created by Maxim Babich, and enjoy the best breakfasts in the city. Every dish that makes it onto the menu undergoes careful selection. It should be a breakfast that has the potential to improve your day, no matter when you decide to have it. The creators of the project are confident that there is always the right time for breakfast. In just 4 months, the project has already collaborated with many interesting and important people in the gastronomy industry. For example, at the very beginning, in collaboration with Maya Klugman, we developed several dishes that are still on the menu. Taras Kulibaba, the head chef of the TO TO project, is working on the main menu. He trained the team of chefs, developed an excellent menu, and continues to oversee the "Ministry of Breakfast." Currently, the plans include opening a pop-up project within the restaurant, with which a number of equally interesting collaborations and new connections are planned.
