About
He began his career in Nizhny Novgorod at the Mitrich Steakhouse restaurant, working under Dmitry Dmitrienko and Sergey Vinogradov. After three years as a sous chef, he became the head chef at the Mitch gastropub. Subsequently, he moved to Moscow to gain new knowledge, where he worked as a sous chef at the "Na Svezhem Vozdukhe" restaurant under Artem Mukhin. Later, he became the head chef at the Nizhny Novgorod literary cafe "Bezukhov," where he worked for about two years. He then held the position of brand chef for several popular establishments in Nizhny Novgorod, including "Yula," "Ceylon," and "Salut." During his time with these establishments, he developed an interest in the comfort food style and honed his culinary skills in that area. Afterward, he opened the "Vinkult" gastropub.
Currently, he works as the head chef at the Vinedo wine bar, where he focuses on using seasonal and locally sourced products from Nizhny Novgorod.
