The concept is a gastronomic theater with unique tasting menus and a show program. It's built on complete interaction between guests and the restaurant staff. The core principle is "farm to table," which means using products of exceptional freshness, carefully selected and prepared personally by Tatiana Berkovich and her team. Each week, the restaurant surprises guests with a new menu, "traveling" through different countries and carefully integrating each element of the show program with the dishes.
