His professional career began in the city of Kolomna, at the "Dobry Tort" pastry shop, where Pavel fell in love with the culinary arts and began to successfully develop his career. In Moscow, he taught at Julia Vysotskaya's culinary studio and also serves as a head instructor at the international company "EventyON." He previously held the position of executive chef at the following establishments: the "Balagan" restaurant, the "Tramplin" restaurant, the "Shenli" restaurant, and the "Karavin" restaurant. He is an expert and television presenter for the "Shopping Live" channel. He is the recipient of the bronze palm branch award for culinary arts in 2021. Currently, he is the executive chef at the "Zarya" restaurant in Kolomna and the "Mentalitet" bar-bistro.
