A light and ironic take on the traditional brasserie format, French gastronomic classics, and Flemish comfort food.

In July 2025, Umid Amanovich, together with concept chef Evgenia Weber, launched a new project – Brasserie 2.0 select, located on Krasnaya Presnya Street. This establishment offers a light and ironic interpretation of the traditional brasserie concept. The menu features a modern take on French classics and Flemish comfort food. It includes duck rillettes with marinades or smoked salmon with mustard, tartares and terrines, homemade bread, tartines, and brioche, as well as a large selection of fritters – dishes cooked in a deep fryer. Among the main courses are fried langoustines with chili oil and salsa, duck cabbage rolls with mushroom sour cream and caviar, beef bourguignon, and beef Wellington. The menu also includes three types of pasta: rigatoni in a pepper sauce with Parmesan, casarecce with duck confit, and spaghetti with seafood. Of course, there's also a selection of mussels, a staple of Belgian gastronomy. The dessert menu features classic options like rum baba with vanilla cream, and a more playful combination of a San Sebastian cheesecake with black caviar. The drinks menu is, as expected, extensive, featuring wines from various countries and regions, as well as a wide selection of beers.
