ZORI

A relaxed bar with sparkling cocktails on tap, a comfortable kitchen, and breakfast served all day, located in the "Rassvet" gastronomic quarter on Presnya.

"ZORI" – the glow of the sky before sunrise and sunset, caused by the reflection of sunlight. Inspired by this natural phenomenon, the creators of the concept, Anastasia Turusova (owner of the "Ovsyanki" bar in Tbilisi) and Roman Kovalchuk, have created a friendly bar where everything is easy and relaxed. The designer, Andrei Tsarakaev, has recreated the perfect setting for a pleasant evening in a compact space, where the energy of the people creates a vibrant atmosphere. Terracotta and emerald hues, striking paintings that catch the eye, neon lights, and the shimmering of glass, combined with large windows overlooking a quiet courtyard, all contribute to a sense of relaxation and easygoing conversation in an atmosphere where "everyone feels welcome."

The "ZORI" menu is divided into two sections: "morning zori" and "evening zori," but both are united by sparkling cocktails on tap, which are perfect both during the day and late at night. The head bartender, Mikhail Gorlashkin (formerly of Bambule and Raduga), has created a menu of signature cocktails based on sparkling wine – light, bubbly, and effervescent, with fruity and citrus notes, they evoke the flirtatious and carefree spirit of "ZORI." The unusual way the cocktails are served – on tap – ensures a quick and efficient service. A nice tradition is to take a bottle of cocktail with you.

Cozy parties with DJ sets are planned on Fridays and Saturdays on the "ZORI" veranda. "ZORI": We know how to be friends.
