Avocado Queen

Avocado Queen is a joint project by Pinskiy & Co and Novikov Group. The concept revolves around the celebration of avocados, featuring an original menu of healthy comfort food created by executive chef Glen Ballis, who combines the benefits of avocados with the elegance of modern culinary trends. Avocados are used in everything from toasts and salads to gazpacho. The menu boasts over 60 selections from both small wineries and large wine houses. The interior is bright and airy, with a vintage feel and thematic green accents. The walls are covered in decorative plaster that mimics the texture of an avocado.
