ABOUT THE RESTAURANT This multi-functional space features a restaurant showcasing the innovative cuisine of Roman Palkin, a boutique, and a lounge. Created by "Russian Caviar House," the leading company in Russia for annual caviar production. The company's mission is to "restore Russia's status as a caviar superpower," a goal fully realized within Art-Caviar. The core of Art-Caviar is the "Russian Caviar House" boutique. The company's specialists have been cultivating sturgeon, producing, and selling caviar for over 20 years, and they know everything about this "black gold"! The exhibits for the Art-Caviar collection are carefully selected, including antique items and modern accessories that can truly be called works of art. The exhibition is regularly updated. During tours of Art-Caviar, guests will learn about the characteristics of each type of caviar, its specific qualities, interesting facts about its production, and the rules for pairing it with other foods. The boutique offers over 20 varieties of caviar, as well as delicacies and souvenirs related to the Russian caviar industry. Guests can participate in the "Caviar Ceremony," which involves extracting caviar on the spot and tasting 5-minute-cured caviar. The Art-Caviar boutique is a perfect venue for social and business events. The Art Deco interior and the luxurious caviar collection create an elegant backdrop for a business breakfast, a buffet, or a private celebration. The Restaurant: A gastronomic extension of the caviar boutique. This is a unique opportunity to sample different varieties of caviar in the context of Roman Palkin's innovative cuisine. You can choose a tasting menu with 10 different courses, or order à la carte. In either case, you will feel like you are part of an exciting gastronomic performance. One of the key decorative elements is the tableware, specially designed for the restaurant by the Imperial Porcelain Factory. At Art-Caviar, you can enjoy a quintessential Russian product paired with the finest wines, selected by Eugene Shamov, the Russian Champion among sommeliers and winner of the "Baltic Cup."
