The 0.75 please Moscow restaurant, located on Smolenskaya Street, has reopened with a refreshed concept. Here, the concise menu features seasonal ingredients, the impressive wine list, and the philosophy of the 0.75 team have found their perfect expression in this new space. This is a place for those who appreciate a cozy atmosphere with panoramic views of Moscow and a service that pays attention to every detail. We open every day during the "golden hour" to watch the sunsets and the lights of the big city together. In this updated project, the team has brought together the best culinary experiences from around the world, no longer limited by geography. Siberia remains a part of our history, and our head chef, Alexander Kucherov, and head pastry chef, Polina Zubakha, are in a creative partnership, creating a new and dynamic menu that is familiar to our regular guests. Each dish is built around seasonal ingredients at their peak of flavor and freshness. The restaurant has also gained new partners – farms. For example, Kolkhoz No. 1 uses organic farming methods to grow vegetables and herbs specifically for 0.75 please Moscow. The bar menu, created by the talented Evgeny Agafonov, is based on the principles of harmony: from light and refreshing drinks to more complex combinations with a clear structure of flavor. The cocktails are closely linked to the cuisine and wine list: wine is not only an ingredient in many drinks but also a source of ideas and inspiration. The restaurant's sommelier, Dmitry Kovalov, has combined classics and trends, complex blends, and easily understandable flavor and aroma combinations in the new wine list. The main focus of the list is on French, Italian, and Spanish wines, but there will also be unexpected wine regions: Hungary, the Canary Islands, and Santorini. The menu features over 50 labels of champagne, from large houses to small family wineries, and a wide selection of sparkling wines by the glass. 0.75 please on Smolenskaya is a unique place on the culinary map of the capital, where everything is exactly as you like it.
