Sergey Silnichenko began his career at the age of 17 at the legendary MARIO Village restaurant (part of the Gourmet Alliance group) and still works there today. His first mentors in the profession were Remo Matsukato and Vincenzo Verdosa. Despite his successful career as a chef and his dedication to his restaurant, Sergey constantly participates in professional development courses led by renowned chefs, including: Evgeny Engelke, Mikhail Met, Frank Sarria, and Andrey Poleshchuk. Currently, he is bringing culinary innovations to life under the guidance of Vladimir Khokhlov, the Brand Chef of the Gourmet Alliance group.
