About
"From a very young age, I spent time in the kitchen, and that's when I decided I wanted to be a chef. What I love most about this profession is the ability to create something new, something "mine," for the culinary world.
Local products from the Crimean region are perfectly suited as the foundation for modern cuisine, enhancing the flavors of dishes and providing a space for creativity. I believe the most important achievement of a chef is to have satisfied guests and the respect of colleagues, and that motivates me every day in my work.
My career began in 1994 when I started as a kitchen assistant in the best restaurant in Kyiv, where I gained four years of experience. I then trained in Japanese cuisine. In 2002, I worked as a senior chef at the "Korona" restaurant in Kyiv, and a year later, I became the sous chef. During that time, I underwent training in Italy, France, and Turkey. From 2006 to 2008, I participated in and won prizes at professional championships and international culinary competitions. In 2009, I became the head chef of a country club, and since 2017, I have worked as a head chef in premium restaurants in St. Petersburg. In 2021, I took over the kitchens of the Azurr restaurants at the "Mriya" resort, and then at the Cosmo restaurant. I participated in the "Two Chefs - One Kitchen" project and hosted a dinner with Dmitry Nechitaev at the "Ayna" restaurant. Now, I am the head chef at the WineKitchen restaurant, located in the heart of the Wine Park."
