About
Okay, here's a short summary: I was born in a remote village in the Rostov region. Life was generally difficult; we often lacked basic necessities like water, heating, and sometimes even food. From the age of 10, I dreamed of escaping that situation and achieving something meaningful. When I was 15 (I was in the 9th grade), the house where I lived with my mother was sold, and we ended up homeless. Continuing my education was no longer an option. So, after the 9th grade, I dropped out and simply started wandering, not knowing where to go or what to do. I was 15 years old, with only 500 rubles, a 9th-grade certificate, and my passport. During my travels, I ended up in the city of Volgodonsk, where I often had to sleep on the streets and work as a porter to earn some money. At the age of 16, I miraculously got a job in a kitchen. For the first few months, I mostly cooked rice and cleaned industrial pots. However, I was immediately captivated by the restaurant atmosphere; I think I fell in love! I remember thinking to myself, "I want to become a great chef!" And that's when I set that goal for myself.
Now, at the age of 23, I work as a chef in two restaurants in Krasnodar.
