Born in Abkhazia, in the city of Ochamchira. She has been working in the culinary field since 1997, starting at the Tbilisi restaurant on Ostozhenka, followed by Bibigon, Caucasian Captive, and Sam (where she began her career as a chef). She has been with Acha-Chacha since its opening. Eka has 20 years of experience as a chef. Since 2021, she has been leading the Abkhazian cuisine section at the "Riviera" restaurant. Her philosophy is to cook with passion, positivity, and a good mood. For Djikia, the most important thing in her work is the "applause" from the guests. In her interactions with others, Eka prefers simplicity and openness, just as she does in the kitchen – no artificial ingredients, only high-quality products, and a genuine approach to guests. Eka considers her grandmother, who was a professional chef, to be her role model and inspiration. However, her mother, who cooked exclusively with love and kindness, has been her mentor and teacher, and this has greatly influenced Eka's culinary creativity.
