He graduated from the "Alfreddo Panzzini" Institute of Culinary Arts in Senigallia, Italy. He has been working in the culinary profession for over 23 years. He has worked in restaurants in Italy and London, and completed an internship at the "Ar Mulin" restaurant in France. In 2000, under his leadership, a presentation of the Ferrari Enzo was held at Taunus Italia. For the past 13 years, he has served as the head chef at the "MARIO VILGGIO" restaurant. Under his leadership, "MARIO VILGGIO" won the award for the best Italian restaurant in Moscow in 2020. Since 2021, he has been heading the kitchen at the "Riviera" restaurant.
