When Spanish chef Nandu Jubany opened Foc over 10 years ago, he aimed to imbue Catalonian flavours with a modern touch. After a recent move, the new space exudes the same fun, lively vibe, and the menu still features his signature tapas-style dishes, eg deliciously crispy smoked Cantabrian anchovies on charcoal brioche with salted caramel butter. Larger parties can try the sharing plates like seafood "Senyoret" paella with carabineros, scallops and squid.
