Above anything else, the concept at Al Margen champions "taste through simplicity". This relaxed and informal restaurant alongside the estuary next to San Antón bridge, features a decor of highly original stone columns and hydraulic floor tiles that give it plenty of character, alongside bare tables and a semi-open kitchen at the entrance. The young chefs at the helm here, Adrián Leonelli and Pablo Valdearcos, have created a concise à la carte that showcases updated traditional cuisine that is technically accomplished yet fun and always built around the freshest seasonal produce. A tasting menu called Bib Gourmand is also an option.
