About

In the heart of St. Petersburg, on the city's most famous restaurant street, you'll find a wine shop-bar with a unique name: ZAZAZU. It was opened by a brother and sister, Dmitry and Anastasia Reshetnikov, who have extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Dmitry has been a head chef for 12 years, while Anastasia is a marketing director with an impressive portfolio of successful projects. They wanted to create a special place where guests could enjoy life – a sophisticated concept with elegant design and a vast selection of wines.

ZAZAZU boasts 140 different wines, many of which are not available anywhere else in St. Petersburg, neither in bars nor in retail stores. The selection primarily features wines from the Old World – France, Italy, and Spain – but also includes wines from unexpected regions, such as Moravia in the Czech Republic. There are wines from Slovenia, as well as biodynamic, organic, and natural wines. All of the wines have been carefully selected, often by visiting the wineries themselves, and mostly represent small producers with exceptional wines. If it's a Malvasia, for example, it instantly transports you to the Mediterranean with its first sip: imagine luxurious southern vineyards and the whisper of waves – that's the true essence of ZAZAZU.

Guests don't need to be experts in wine regions or brands. The sommeliers have already done the research and created a menu that is as user-friendly as possible. All you need to do is ask for advice, describe your taste preferences, and order some delicious tapas to complement your wine.
