The concept behind the menu focuses on comfortable, everyday food made with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from the region.
The restaurant's menu features European cuisine with a unique interpretation by Chef Alexei Pushin. Guests can enjoy dishes such as casoni pasta with white mushrooms in a creamy truffle sauce, braised beef cheeks with celery cream and a fermented soybean sauce, grilled sea bass fillet with young asparagus and a white wine sauce. Juicy steaks made from marbled beef and signature burgers are grilled on the Josper charcoal grill. The menu also includes a selection of strong drinks, classic cocktails, and signature cocktails. The wine list features over 60 selections from both the Old World and the New World.
