This restaurant features a unique culinary concept, combining a raw bar with seafood, an open kitchen with a wood-fired oven, and a meat restaurant, all in one space.

The name "Hunt" (from English, meaning "hunt") reflects our gastronomic concept. We source, cultivate, and gather ingredients ourselves, and then prepare them for our guests. Chef Evgeny Zorov oversees the open kitchen. At Hunt, Evgeny uses local ingredients and combines them into unusual and interesting, yet authentic, recipes.

We start with seafood: oysters, sea urchins, and mussels, which are kept in aquariums behind the bar. The wood-fired oven is a focal point in the second room, where we bake open-faced pies and homemade bread. Every morning, the "Hunt" restaurant offers a selection of over thirty hearty and sweet breakfast options. Special sections are dedicated to egg dishes, flavorful porridges and grains, homemade bread, delicate cheesecakes, and fluffy pastries. We serve sparkling wine, freshly squeezed juices, coffee, and tea with the dishes.

The sommelier has created a wine list for the restaurant, featuring over 120 different selections. Approximately 20 of these are available by the glass, some are served in half bottles, and the chef has curated a separate list. In addition to wine, we offer popular cocktails like Negroni, as well as our own signature variations. We use berry and fruit liqueurs as a base and complement them with citrus and aromatic herbs.
