Brand is the head chef of the Dune restaurant. He was the sous chef in the 3rd season of the TV show "Hell's Chef" on the "Friday" channel, a participant in the "Wild Kitchen" show on VK Video, and a participant in the travel show "Chefs on Wheels" on Channel One. He is a speaker at gastronomic events (Gastreet, Megustro, "Breakfast with the Chef"). In 2021, he was among the top 5 chefs in the South according to WHERETOEAT. He was a finalist of the "Best in the Industry. Chef of the Year" award by "Palm Branch of the Restaurant Business" in 2023 and the "Chef of the Year" award by "Breakfast with the Chef" in 2020-2023.

In 2010, when Evgeny was studying at the mechanical engineering faculty in Kaliningrad, he started working at a local Japanese restaurant. In 2012, he moved to Moscow and began working at the "Chatush" restaurant, which was one of the popular restaurants in Moscow. He then worked at the Moscow restaurant "Proбка na Tsvetnom," where he was mentored by the Italian chef Walter Bizoffi. Next, he moved to St. Petersburg and worked at the Jerome restaurant. In 2017, he moved to Sochi, where he became the head chef at the new project White Rabbit Family – the "Weeping Willow" restaurant. While working at the WRF holding under the guidance of Vladimir Mukhin, he met world-renowned chefs, Michelin-starred chefs. In 2018, he headed the kitchen of the Hunt restaurant (St. Petersburg). That same year, he became a participant in the first season of Crimean Chef Battle, where the grand prize was an internship at a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Spain. He took first place in this competition. However, in 2020, he returned to Sochi and launched several projects located in the mountains. Evgeny travels extensively, drawing inspiration, launching projects, and opening new restaurants. He has experience hosting gastronomic dinners not only in Russia but also in Africa and Bali. His main focus is on the taste of the product; he enjoys working with fish, seafood, and seasonal ingredients, and he loves experimenting with various cooking techniques and sauces. He leads an active lifestyle, participating in cycling races and marathons (La Strada, RosaRun), and he practices boxing.
