About

We are creating a city bistro where the culinary traditions of Italy and Japan converge. Through our cocktail menu, we tell stories, myths, and legends from different cultures.

Una (*from the word "united") is a new project located in the heart of Siberia. "By uniting, we create something new." Andrey Li is not just a brand chef. His philosophy, his desire to create something new, and his passion for his craft are the foundation of this project. The menu is based on innovative combinations of traditional Italian and Asian cuisines. Our signature dishes include "Harumaki Shrimp" and "Warm Sashimi." The fried shrimp wrapped in a thin rice crepe offers a crispy texture and a rich shrimp flavor. "Warm Sashimi" is a dish of choice. Depending on how you choose to enjoy it, the final presentation will vary. A bed of fluffy rice supports salmon cooked over an open flame. The salmon is drizzled with a kabayaki eel sauce, and two different sauces are served alongside the rice: a tangy nut sauce and a sweet cream sauce. Hand-made pasta from durum wheat and ramen with homemade noodles – classics of traditional cuisines – are integral parts of our popular dishes. The open kitchen design and preparation processes are organized so that each dish is served in no more than 5 minutes. The cocktail menu is inspired by iconic works, techniques, myths about deities, and stories passed down through generations. The concept of uniting East and West through art promotes intercultural dialogue, broadens perspectives, and helps overcome cultural barriers. This not only enriches art as a form of expression but also strengthens mutual understanding and respect between different cultures, creating a more harmonious and interconnected world. The cozy interior is designed in the style of luxurious minimalism. The lighting creates a festive atmosphere, even on cloudy days. We welcome guests into a spacious and bright hall, visually divided into three zones. The first zone is designed for business: perfect for work and meetings, allowing you to focus on what's important. The second zone is for those who enjoy a fast-paced lifestyle – a place to quickly grab a bite and enjoy a delicious coffee while watching the open kitchen and the bartenders at work. The third zone is ideal for those seeking privacy and can be transformed into a cozy gathering space for friends. The walls of the space carry a special meaning. Philosophy and meaning are embedded in every detail. And only one leads to the heart of the project... Una is more than just a gastro-bistro; it's the ikigai (reason for being) of its creators. Everything important is in the details and the underlying meanings. Everyone who experiences Una will discover a new flavor of life – a life filled with warmth, care, and inspiration.
