Tsatsa gastropub is a bold project from the team behind the oyster bar "Kasatel," and it represents the first truly personal culinary statement from head chef Oleg Poboev. Here, they have achieved something that has never been done before: elevating the relationship between two very different ancient culinary traditions – Caucasian and Asian – to a new level.

You won't find any sushi rolls or khachapuri on the gastropub's menu. The centerpiece is a yakitori oven, located in the center of the open kitchen, reminiscent of a traditional hearth in a Caucasian home. Tsatsa tells the story of the fusion of two of the most popular culinary trends in Russia, creating a new, unique flavor profile that is both distinctive and recognizable.
