About
A restaurant that honors the traditions of Russian cuisine and hospitality. The kitchen draws inspiration from Russian traditions, modern local ingredients, and classic French culinary principles.
Russian aristocratic cuisine emerged within the walls of grand, hospitable homes, blending the traditions of our country's centuries-old gastronomy with the classic French cuisine brought in by invited foreign chefs. In modern-day Ekaterinburg, this atmosphere of hospitality and refined elegance is embodied in the restaurant "Troekurov," a two-story mansion located at the end of Malysheva Street.
As you ascend the wide, echoing staircase, you will enter a meticulously recreated 19th-century interior. Here, we have gathered authentic antiques and replicas of furniture from the Alexander and Nicholas eras, along with sketches by students of the Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum, one of whom, incidentally, was Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin. Deep armchairs are placed near the fireplace, and a beautiful antique piano is positioned against the wall. Characters from the works of Turgenev and Goncharov could easily have lived in such interiors, and now anyone can find themselves in their place.
