A grill restaurant based on the expertise of a legendary steakhouse, in a butcher shop format.

Asado the Butchery opened at the beginning of 2020, drawing on its previous history and taking the most important element from the city's best steakhouse, ASADO, which had been operating for 15 years. Our slogan is "#WeGuaranteeTheMeat." The new format, location, and design, two dry-aging cabinets, the best Russian suppliers of organic meat, and the option for guests to finish cooking their steak on a volcanic stone – all of this makes visiting the restaurant an unforgettable, yet still accessible, experience.
