Located in the heart of Yekaterinburg, this restaurant is led by the incredible Archil Bazandarasvili. A third-generation chef, he has worked at the French embassy, introducing French people to Georgian cuisine and culture. In 2010, he won an international culinary competition, "Cuisines of the World," in Strasbourg. As a result, from December 25th to 31st, dishes created by Archil were the highlights of the Strasbourg Christmas food festival. Over those 7 days, approximately 4 million Europeans had the opportunity to sample his signature khachapuri, khinkali, shashlik, and other Georgian specialties.

Top dishes recommended by the chef to experience Georgian cuisine:
"Grandma Margo's" Baked Chicken: Chicken breast baked in a skillet with cream, vegetables, mushrooms, smoked suluguni cheese, barberries, and chili peppers. An incredible combination of spice, heat, freshness, and juiciness!
Chicken "Chkmeruli" Style: This incredibly tender chicken, simmered in spices and herbs with cream, will leave a lasting impression.
Puffy Khachapuri with Three Types of Cheese: Featuring traditional suluguni, Dор blue, and Gorgonzola cheeses. The honeyed pear perfectly complements the flavor of this hearty dish.
Seafood lovers will enjoy the red fish baked in grape leaves with aromatic spices, and the rich Batumi-style fish soup.
And of course, khinkali! There are 13 different varieties with various meats, mushrooms, and suluguni cheese. It will be difficult to choose, as you'll want to try every flavor!
For dessert, there's a very delicate homemade Georgian cake, made according to a family recipe, with dried apricots, prunes, walnuts, and a sour cream frosting.
In December, the restaurant renovated its interior and opened a banquet hall that can accommodate groups of up to 30 people. The average bill at the restaurant is 800 rubles. Come and visit "Khinkalny Tsek"!
