He has worked in France, serving as the head chef at the Georgian embassy, and in Kazakhstan, in Almaty. Since August 2022, he has been the brand chef at the restaurant "Khinkalnaya Fabrika." He possesses an impeccable understanding of Georgian flavors and a passion for creating modern Georgian cuisine.

He is one of seven chef brothers from the renowned Georgian Bazandashvili family. He was born and raised in Georgia, in a family where he was taught how to cook from a very young age.
