The philosophy of the "Shrimp and Burgers" restaurant is to combine the unexpected. In 2017, the restaurant adhered to a single concept, and the menu consisted exclusively of burgers and shrimp. Today, the establishment has moved away from that strict approach, but has retained some surprising combinations for a burger-focused restaurant. The menu now features a delicious Tom Yum soup and a unique shrimp okroshka (cold soup), but the two main ingredients remain the stars: shrimp and burgers. The restaurant offers unique combinations for the culinary scene of Yekaterinburg: a burger with raspberries and Brie cheese, panko-breaded shrimp with a signature mango-chili sauce, or a salad with pears and shrimp. The restaurant's mission is to explore the possibilities of seafood and remember the recipe for happiness: delicious food, good company, and plenty of glasses of wine!
