The bistro opens its doors to a crazy, old-fashioned garage – a gastronomic museum where you can not only taste the signature chebureki and handmade pelmeni, but also sample the "grandpa's" homemade infused liquor, and admire the unique exhibits made from car parts, each one a unique piece. The mission of "Two Grandpas" is to showcase a new, modern side of pelmeni and chebureki, to prove that beloved childhood dishes can be presented through a different, restaurant-style lens. Simple, understandable dishes with a rock and roll twist, blending the flavors of the Ural region with current restaurant trends.
