Osteria DOLCE

A cozy and elegant restaurant offering Roman-style pizza, simple dishes made with carefully selected Italian ingredients, and a children's play area under a 10-meter dome.

The interior of DOLCE is inspired by the building's history. In 1824, the Russian Emperor Alexander I visited the site. His official portrait adorns the main staircase. In the guest rooms, you'll find works by the classic Venetian artist Tiepolo, who also worked for the Russian imperial court. A signature cocktail, the "Tiepolo Spritz," is named after this artist and served in a handmade glass. One of the desserts, shaped like a heart, is named after the painting "The Amorous Pulcinella," which hangs in the smaller room. An antique oak table, a contemporary of the building, is located under the chandelier in the center of the main room. When booking a banquet, it can be extended to 4 meters in length, accommodating 8 or 10 guests. The restaurant features three guest areas: a large hall, a small hall, and an upper hall under the dome. In the summer, a large veranda with white umbrellas is open.

DOLCE has 70 seats, with most tables accommodating 2, 3, or 4 guests. There are also options for larger groups, and the menu includes a special section of large dishes with unique presentations, as well as birthday celebrations. A children's play area, designed as a miniature replica of the historical building of the Sinara Center, is available, and a children's entertainer is on staff.

Dishes to pay attention to include Roman-style pizza with mortadella and pistachios, creamy vitello tonnato, spaghetti with vongole, risotto with seafood, pumpkin soup with langoustine, and a giant meter-long pizza. There is a children's menu, a display case of Italian homemade desserts, Mediterranean sea bass baked in salt and served directly in the dining room, green salads, completely gluten-free pasta, and steamed dishes. Italian products and homemade desserts can be purchased directly at the entrance to the restaurant.

The bar offers the usual "Aperol," "Fiero," and the signature "Tiepolo Spritz," as well as new additions like the "Fluffy Bellini," a tropical "Dolce Martini," a surprising version of the "Cosmopolitan," and homemade limoncello.
