Teatro

About

The restaurant offers a modern take on French cuisine and its classic dishes in an elegant atmosphere.

Teatro restaurant is a new project by Alexander Oganezov, combining sophistication and refined style. The interior design was created by the studio of Gosha Aigunyants. The glossy wooden panels on the walls add charm and elegance, while the vintage lighting fixtures add a touch of retro. The ceiling is decorated with paintings featuring fairytale motifs, which echo the appliqués and collages of Henri Matisse. The walls display works by Pavel Pepperstein and Alexander Mogilevsky. The bright and stylish floor, in a terracotta palette, brings the space to life and connects all the areas of the restaurant into a cohesive whole. The first hall offers a choice of individual tables and comfortable sofas along the walls. The second hall is notable for its seating along the chef's table and cozy booths, where you can enjoy a more intimate setting. A special mention should be made of the cozy bar, tucked away at the end of the second hall in its own small room. Here, guests can enjoy exquisite drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. As always, the kitchen is under the direction of Ruslan Polyakov (Amy Restaurant, Muse Restaurant, Remy Kitchen Bakery, Pino Restaurant, Gentle Cafe). The menu features dishes that vividly demonstrate the restaurant's style: a modern twist on French cuisine and its classic dishes. These include truffle Camembert (950₽), julienne, crab (1200₽), beef bourguignon (1550₽), octopus, mashed potatoes (1800₽), and foie gras wrapped in grape leaves (1900₽). The head pastry chef, Ilya Zamogilin-Sudzilovsky, is responsible for the dessert menu. We highly recommend trying the chocolate box (1200₽), lemon curd, pear sorbet (600₽), and mille-feuille (900₽). It's worth noting that the bread (head baker Anna Malikova), which is served to guests as a complimentary offering, is baked in wood-fired ovens at the Remy Kitchen Bakery. French influences are also present in the cocktail menu, created by head bartender Vitaly Skripchinsky. Start your evening with the aperitif cocktail Bonjour (800₽), and for gin lovers, we recommend trying Orsay (800₽). To end the evening, try the Calypso cocktail (800₽), which includes pomegranate distillate and mezcal. The wine list is curated by the ever-reliable sommelier of the holding, Dmitry Bazashvili.
