The heart of the restaurant is its luxurious and meticulously crafted menu. The focus is definitely on meat: juicy steaks are made from Voronezh marbled beef from "PRIMEBEEF" and "Miratorg," and the variety of cuts is overwhelming. But don't worry, the waiters are always ready to help you choose. To enjoy authentic seafood cuisine, fresh oysters, or fish, you don't have to travel to distant countries. This is because the restaurateur, Andrey Matveev, has established direct supply chains to EL CHICO, just like in the best restaurants in Moscow and other world capitals. The fish and seafood are delivered directly from the airport to Voronezh, in specially equipped chambers. A professional aquarium, with water specially treated to maintain a temperature of no more than 4°C, creates the optimal environment for storing seafood delicacies. Each guest can choose any marine creature from the aquarium display for their meal. The selection is impressive: spiny and Kamchatka crabs, Sakhalin scallops, lobsters, vongole, anadara, sea urchins, and, of course, oysters. By the way, the oyster collection includes varieties from Japan, France, and Tunisia. EL CHICO also boasts a wide selection of fish of excellent quality. The menu features Chilean seabass, dorada, turbot, barramundi, smelt, and Black Sea flounder. The restaurant's menu offers fish prepared grilled, steamed, or baked with a signature sauce. Our restaurant's menu also includes tasting sets featuring dishes made with local Voronezh ingredients. These dishes are marked with a special symbol. The wine list, curated by sommelier Evgeny Efremenko, has won unique awards for the region: One glass from Wine Spectator (the Award of Excellence, considered the most objective restaurant guide in the world for 35 years). A three-star rating in the "Best Original Wine List" category for 2018 and 2019/2020/2021 from the Russian Wine Awards, which indicates that the wine prices are fair, and the selection is interesting and unique.
