EBBI Noodles & Sushi Bar is a project by Restorator Projects, located in the city center on Koltsovskaya Street, within the historic architectural landmark of the 19th-century State Wine Warehouses, and at the entrance to the Vinzavod creative space. This restaurant offers a modern format, featuring popular Asian soups and stir-fries made with handcrafted noodles from various regions of Southeast Asia, as well as sushi and modern rolls with a distinctive flair. The concept emphasizes high-quality ingredients, dynamic service, and an atmosphere reminiscent of a vibrant Asian metropolis, while also evoking the ambiance of famous Asian resorts. "EBBI" is a place with a unique design and atmosphere that attracts and inspires people, bringing them together in lively groups while also creating a sense of romance.
