The culinary concept of this modern project is authentic New York-style pizza: thin crust, crispy, and generously topped. Pizza is something that unites foodies, health-conscious individuals, businesspeople, aspiring TikTokers, and tech enthusiasts – in other words, all of us. The "wow" factor comes from the size: the diameter of a whole pizza is 60 cm, so even a single slice (the English word "slice" means a piece or slice) is barely manageable in your hand. And not just in your hand – even on a plate, so a large slice is served on two plates. Just like in New York! The team at Slice NYC Pizza, led by co-owner and chef Maxim Volkov, recommends eating the pizza with your hands, holding it by the crust. Utensils are definitely not needed here.
