Working with local farmers and hunters, we are constantly searching for unique products from the Kaliningrad region, thereby shaping a new understanding of the region's cuisine. We are reinventing its gastronomic history through these unique regional products. (The region was founded in 1949, and as such, there is no established gastronomic heritage). We believe that we are creating the true cuisine of our region today. The main challenge and opportunity for us lies in the unique nature of our region. Its length is only 180 km, but this does not deter us in our search for new and innovative ideas.
