This restaurant features Russian cuisine with a modern twist, boasting its own bakery and an open kitchen. The menu offers contemporary Russian and European dishes, prepared with locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients and presented in the chef's unique style.

Russian cuisine is about open flames, wood-fired ovens, and, of course, seasonal ingredients. We've combined these two elements: "seasonal ingredients" from our local farms and "modern Russian cuisine." The restaurant's menu features Russian and European cuisine, prepared with local, seasonal, and farm-fresh ingredients, presented in a new and original way. And the "culinary experience" revolves around two unique ovens. Most of our dishes are cooked over an open flame. We have a massive grill with a smoker, custom-made to our specifications (it weighs almost a ton!), which can cook 50 steaks at the same time! Our guests enjoy dishes prepared over an open flame. A true wood-fired oven is a special feature – dishes cooked in the wood-fired oven have an unparalleled taste and aroma. In addition, we use the "slow-cooking" technique in the wood-fired oven, where signature dishes are cooked for several days. This is how our ancestors used to cook. Our restaurant serves food that is just as delicious as in other establishments, but the presentation, service, and interior design set us apart from other projects in Kaliningrad.
