The "Tchaikovsky" restaurant's main focus is on Russian and nostalgic Soviet cuisine, but with a modern, авторское (author's) twist.

We present to you a new project from the Ageev family: the "Tchaikovsky" restaurant. Olga Ageeva is responsible for the kitchen, the new menu, and everything that happens within the establishment. The main focus is on Russian and nostalgic Soviet cuisine, but reinterpreted with a modern, авторское approach. The menu features 6 different appetizers perfect for vodka, carp soup, the classic beef Stroganoff, homemade cabbage rolls and dumplings, the "Mimosa" salad, and many other familiar dishes from childhood, all modernized with авторские touches and adapted to current gastronomic trends.

The bar's emphasis is on vodka and strong drinks. There are both classic options and more unusual, historical choices, such as the "bread wine" called Polugar.

The overall interior and all the design elements of the restaurant are in the Art Deco style with boudoir accents. This is a collaborative idea from Kaliningrad restaurateur Marina Ageeva and Lithuanian designer Valdas Kontrimas.

The "Tchaikovsky" restaurant is a place for warm, friendly gatherings, cozy family meals, and a spot where you can come with a group of friends, as a couple for a romantic date, or for a business lunch. It's a restaurant for those who long for the flavors of their childhood, who miss the simple yet heartwarming Soviet cuisine "like grandma used to make," and who enjoy discovering new things.

Tchaikovsky loved to entertain guests and often participated in feasts and gatherings. In 1872, inviting his friend, the architect Ivan Klimenko, to one such event, he sent him the following invitation:

"As soon as the game is over, Fresh caviar will be served, And with it, purified vodka And perhaps even herring."

The letter was signed with a witty touch: "Peter the Great."
