Olga was born in the Kaliningrad region, in the coastal town of Pionersky, into a family of restaurateurs. From childhood, Olga helped with the family business alongside her parents. Initially, she would simply accompany her parents to work and observe the processes. As she grew older, Olga herself began working in the industry. She progressed from a waitress, senior manager, and administrator to a kitchen assistant, cook, and finally, head chef. Olga graduated from Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University with a degree in Service and Tourism. She also visited restaurants in Europe on several occasions, working as an exchange program participant. There, in the kitchens of European restaurants, Olga gained experience and knowledge in the fields of culinary arts and gastronomy. Olga loves to travel, learn, and discover new things, and she draws inspiration from nature and from interacting with loved ones and friends. The most important aspect of Olga's life is her family, and she is happy and proud to continue the family business and traditions.
