Khmel

"Khmel" is a restaurant specializing in Russian and Siberian cuisine, featuring its own brewery and renowned for its delicious and refined dishes made with ingredients like muksun fish, venison, and omul, all sourced directly from Siberia.

"Khmel" is a benchmark of hospitality in Kaliningrad, especially for visitors to the city. What makes us unique is, first, our location in the very heart of Kaliningrad. Its multi-level design gives it a distinctive, robust character. The loft-style design and numerous live plants contribute to the restaurant's refined beauty. The restaurant is divided into zones: St. Petersburg, Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Siberia, and Kamchatka, which is one of the restaurant's signature features. The restaurant has a "Guest of Honor" book, containing thank-you notes from prominent figures such as Oleg Gazmanov, the band "Ivanushki," the band "Mumiy Troll," Heinrich Vichter, co-founder of the "Tigrus" restaurant group, and others. In the lobby, there is a map of Russia where guests can mark the region they have traveled from. Our beer was featured at the "Ostmark Fest" festival in August 2022, where we took 3rd place. "Khmel" is the only standardized restaurant in our chain, meaning that all business processes are standardized. We are among the few establishments where all standards are clearly defined and, most importantly, consistently followed. STANDARDIZATION is an activity that involves the development, publication, and implementation of standards. Thanks to standardization, we can now see how effectively our staff works, how well employees understand their roles and responsibilities, and what is expected of them.
