About

"Saferoom" – a new, secret bar within the KUZNYAHOUSE restaurant. Another "hidden room" has appeared at the Kuznyahouse restaurant. Following "Hidden," they've created a hidden bar with a cozy, vintage atmosphere.

This hidden bar features two hosts: Nikita, the head bartender of Kuznyahouse, and Denis, the curator of "Hidden," along with a comfortable atmosphere perfect for long conversations over cocktails.

"Saferoom" is located in the kitchen, and all the interior elements are seamlessly integrated into the workflow, echoing the traditional atmosphere of a home kitchen. Shelves and window sills are filled with alcohol, while magnets on the refrigerator tell stories about guest bartenders and continue the "wall of fame" theme from "Hidden" with stickers commemorating dinners with guest chefs. A substantial phone book, a seemingly outdated item in modern times, serves as a means of gathering important information about guests and building loyal relationships. The extensive collection of alcohol, books about food and drinks, and a handwritten menu create a feeling of being guests in the homes of old friends.

The bar offers cocktails, infusions, and other alcoholic delights, which are announced on the Saferoom Instagram page. The bartenders create familiar and trendy drinks in the highball and low-alcohol styles, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients, and utilizing some of the kitchen's prepared components.

Classic cocktails are prepared upon request, and the bar menu is divided into three sections: "Today" – drinks available to try right now; "Famous Highball" – drinks that are well-known and considered a new classic; and "Experimental" – drinks with experimental and unconventional flavor combinations. There's also an interactive option: any guest can, if they wish, create a drink with the guidance of the bartenders.

The snack menu, curated by Ruslan Zakirov, includes marinated vegetables, chicken pâté with crackers, olives, smoked duck, and prosciutto.

Opening hours: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM – Friday/Saturday.
