About

HIDDEN is a unique project by the KUZNYAHOUSE team, a home within a home, and what's a home without a kitchen? Our small kitchen is a chef's table for 12 people, where you can gather around the chef and experience firsthand what it's all about. You get the feeling that the chef is cooking in their own kitchen: there are plenty of ingredients on the table, lots of fresh herbs, and traditional kitchenware used in the cooking process. In a kitchen like this, there's no need to be shy; everything unnecessary stays behind the door. Here, you'll find the most delicious food prepared with care, genuine conversations, a sense of connection, shared tastes, and a true home for a few hours. At HIDDEN, we prepare and serve generous portions of simple, understandable food using traditional slow-cooking techniques. We focus on ingredients that the chefs themselves select for their dinners, based on the principle of "for myself/friends." The vinyl record player and rare vintage speakers from Japan are not there by chance; several records are carefully chosen for each dinner and played throughout the evening. We regularly host guest dinners featuring chefs, journalists, foodies, and other stars of the food industry, as well as simply friends of the project. They can meet in various formats at HIDDEN, from guest dinners with chefs to wedding parties, wine evenings with vinyl music, or even art discussions. Previous guests at HIDDEN include Glen Ballis, Sebby Kenyon, Marat Kalaidjan, Yulia Tchakaya, Vladimir Piskunov, Evgeny Vikentiev, Claudio Pirovano, Regis Triguel, Nikolai Bobrov, Maxim Lyubimov, and others.
