Rybinsk is a Mediterranean oasis in the heart of Gelendzhik. It's the first seafood restaurant on the waterfront, with a focus on locally sourced seafood.

This is Arkady Novikov's first seafood restaurant in Gelendzhik. The restaurant's cuisine is based on local seafood. The menu includes: orzo pasta with seafood; pasta with seafood; a large Greek salad; baked sweet peppers with feta cheese and parsley; grilled flounder. The restaurant's interior features calming monochrome colors and natural wood. The design is minimalist, with touches of folklore: small tablecloths, woven elements, light chairs, sheer curtains, and subtle patterns. The restaurant's summer terrace offers stunning views of the sea.
