About
Vladimir Lushchik gained his first experience in the kitchen in 2016 at the "Oktyabrskaya" hotel in St. Petersburg. He then moved to the Sintoho restaurant, specializing in Asian cuisine, located within the Four Seasons hotel. Subsequently, Vladimir immersed himself in Georgian cuisine at the restaurants "Phali Khinkali" and "Khacho i Puri," where he learned to balance and enhance the flavor of ingredients using spices. He then studied French culinary techniques with Alexei Suntsov at the "Severianin" restaurant, which sparked his love for French cuisine. Later, he worked at the Riviera Sunrise hotel, the "Rybinsk" Greek restaurant, Pio al Porto, and the "Memo" restaurant. Currently, Vladimir Lushchik is the head chef at the Le Courage restaurant.
Vladimir Lushchik was born on July 26, 2000, in St. Petersburg. He gained his first kitchen experience in 2016, where he learned to hold a knife properly. Throughout his career, Vladimir has learned to appreciate and respect ingredients, to balance and enhance flavors with spices, and to experiment with French techniques, ultimately developing a passion for French cuisine.
"French cuisine allows you to create complex and interesting dishes from simple ingredients," says Chef Vladimir Lushchik. "I don't have a specific favorite dish, but I love the French culinary techniques that allow me to achieve high results and perfection in flavor."
Vladimir believes that cooking is not just about preparing dishes, but a whole art form with no boundaries or limits. There is no such thing as a repeated result, and the pursuit of perfection is what inspires him.
