Gelendzhik

"Gelendzhik," a restaurant specializing in local cuisine, is a journey through time, where each dish reflects the history of the city and the culture of the people who have lived here. We use only locally sourced ingredients from the Black Sea region, and we update our menu every month. If you visit the restaurant now, you can expect a creamy pumpkin soup with scallops and onion marmalade. But in December, you'll find osso buco with dried fruits and roasted chestnuts.
