The owner and creative force behind the establishment, who also designed the interior, has strived to integrate the unique features of the old building, with its century-old wooden beams and brickwork. The mansion is surrounded by a cozy courtyard, lush with greenery, and features a beautiful modern veranda. Here, modernity meets historical traditions. The restaurant's interior design perfectly reflects the inner world of the owner, Oleg Ananyev, and his extensive culinary experience, which is rooted in Russian traditions. The core concept of the "Ribs" restaurant is delicious food. "Everything about meat!" is the restaurant's motto. However, there is also a wide selection of fish and vegetable dishes available. Guests with any taste preferences will be able to find something to delight their palate. A professional team of managers and chefs uses modern techniques while also respecting the traditions of local cuisine in the preparation of dishes. The restaurant's menu features traditional Ukrainian borscht alongside American brisket and pastrami. Russian okroshka feels right at home alongside Munich sausages. All the ingredients used, including meat and fish, are sourced from local producers. Additionally, the restaurant uses products from the Ural forests, such as berries, mushrooms, and herbs.
