This spring, a Pan-Asian restaurant called Point Izakaya (part of the 354 Restaurant Group owned by Alexei and Dmitry Vasilchuk) opened at the ski resort in Sochi, on the slopes of Krasnaya Polyana. Head chef Dmitry Lim, who has already made a name for himself in the capital, was a finalist in the prestigious "Palm Branch" award alongside the Red Point restaurant. The menu features new and vibrant combinations of high-quality Japanese ingredients with signature sauces. The complexity of flavors and textures, achieved through modern cooking techniques and the use of local produce, has allowed for the creation of new and exciting dishes. The restaurant emphasizes the delicate preparation of fish and seafood, the precision and variety of sushi and rolls, and the depth of flavor in its broths and sauces.

A unique offering is the seasonal selection of hot soups served on the restaurant's terrace – three types of rich ramen are prepared in front of the guests. Seafood, beef, and chicken-based broths can be taken away to enjoy on the comfortable benches with views of the mountains. Guests can also enjoy the popular mulled wine and a cocktail menu curated by head bartender Petr Sorokovov (Bartender of the Year according to the "Palm Branch 2021" awards).
