About
"Nyuans" is a new club-restaurant by Alexey Olkhovoy, featuring авторская (author's) French cuisine created by chef Andrey Lapin.
The location adds a special charm – a cozy courtyard in the heart of Moscow, on Stoleshnikov Lane. The new "Nyuans" is truly unique and reflects the identity of Alexey Olkhovoy's spaces and his team. The project was conceived back in 2023, and during that time, its concept was repeatedly revised and refined. As a result, it became an organic embodiment of ideas and experiences that Alexey was able to combine and realize. Previously, there were textile factories in the Stoleshnikov Lane area, so the logo is based on a knitted doily pattern, and similar elements can be found in the menu, uniforms, and table setting. All of this refers to French aesthetics and maintains a connection to the history of the space. "Nyuans" is like Parisian apartments with museum-like architecture and contemporary art, but with the preserved atmosphere of a country estate. An abundance of greenery is an integral part of all Alexey's projects, and the cozy courtyard of the "Nyuans" space is no exception. Inside, the attention is immediately drawn to the huge, gleaming chandeliers, which transform the space for parties and private events, while the stucco work on the walls refers to the iconic "Royal" project on Malaya Ordynka, where major brands filmed commercials and over 1000 couples got married. There are many details in the interior that you want to examine – chrome insects in the form of bar accessories, vintage furniture, table mirrors used as place settings, and charming ottomans with flowers. "Nyuans" is divided into four zones: one of which houses an open kitchen, another hall is designed for large groups, and in the third, you can find privacy at tables for two. There is also an outdoor and covered veranda with skylights – another of Alexey's favorite features in all his projects. The atmosphere of elegance and the location naturally led to the project's cuisine taking on a French influence. The menu concept is a logical continuation of the space – suitable for different occasions, events, and times of day. Chef Andrey Lapin offers to try chicken liver pâté with cherry confit (1100 rubles), profiteroles with cream cheese, salmon, and caviar (1000 rubles), and French classics: onion soup (650 rubles) and Niçoise salad with tuna (1050 rubles). Thanks to its location in a quiet courtyard, "Nyuans" is particularly unique: it embodies both style and beauty, while preserving the atmosphere of unobtrusive country relaxation. "Nyuans" will become a new meeting place where everyone feels like part of a large community and immediately forgets about time, simply by stepping into the quiet courtyard, and every detail reflects history and aesthetics. "We have created a new place of attraction. It looks respectable, but does not require a special status or dress code. You can come here like to your favorite coffee shop near your home and work in an atmosphere that will definitely inspire you. And it will be very pleasant to read a book with a cup of coffee here," says Alexey Olkhovoy.
